The receptionist was great in take information than passed me on to Tom pretty much figured out what was wrong with refrigerator and gave me a time frame when the technician would be able to be there. Next morning Tom called the next morning to let know that they might be there late in afternoon if not first thing the next. Technician called that afternoon to confirm we where home and arrive shortly after his call . John was great , he was polite friendly and very good with safety protocols. He knew exactly what was wrong and had it fix in no time . John was great to explain what the problem was and what he had to do. I wouldn’t hesitate to use Dependable services again if needed in the future .”
